For our client, an international company, we are looking for a
Flexible Legal Counsel
In this position you will report to the General Counsel.
Tasks
* Draft, review and negotiate (international) contracts and terms and conditions with customers, suppliers and partners.
* Advise on legal issues such as product liability, corporate law, intellectual property, credit agreements/banking issues, labor law, insurance law and international private law matters.
* Manage and co-ordinate external legal counsels in various countries.
* Corporate housekeeping.
* Support and manage legal proceedings and disputes.
Functie eisen
* University education in Dutch law.
* 5-8 years of relevant working experience as a lawyer and/or in-house lawyer in an international environment.
* Experience in contract law and corporate law
* Proactive.
* Practical.
* Independent.
* Strong drive and no nonsense.
* Flexible and willing to travel.
* Strong negotiation skills and business oriented.
* Fluent in English and Dutch. Good knowledge of French and/or German will be an important asset.
The position is fulltime, the salary competitive, the work environment international and dynamic.
